Tonight at school we had sheep head for dinner. Now as strange as that sounds it is a tradition and delicacy here in Voss. It is actually more a tradition in Voss than it is anywhere else in Norway. Here are some pictures from the meal I just ate. And trust me, despite the look of it, it was delicious.

I cannot believe you actually ate the eye. I don't think I could do that! I am glad you got to experience this though.
